Legal guarantee
In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code in articles 128-135 regarding the Legal Guarantee of Conformity of all products sold, Padel M2 protects the consumer in the event of defective products, which work poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to whom the good is generally intended.
The consumer can assert his rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity by contacting Born2Padel directly, the seller of the good, even if different from the manufacturer. In the presence of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair, if repair is possible, or to replacement of the defective goods by Born2Padel, without charge, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. If replacement or repair are not possible, the consumer still has the right to receive a sum, commensurate with the value of the goods, against the return of the defective product to the seller.
The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect. There is a lack of conformity when the purchased good:
to. it is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;
b. does not conform to the description given by the seller and does not possess the qualities of the goods that the seller presented to the customer as a sample or model;
c. does not present the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type, which the customer can reasonably expect, also taking into account the declarations made in advertising or labelling;
d. it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the customer and which was brought to the attention of the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract and which the seller accepted.
In the event that there is a lack of conformity among those described above, the consumer may exercise this right by contacting the Born2Padel customer service active 24 hours a day, with quick and efficient responses.
