Shipping costs and delivery times

Born2Padel ships from Turin to all of Italy with arrival within 72 hours (working days), with fast shipments to Milan, Rome, Bologna, Florence, Naples and Verona.

Shipping costs for orders placed from Italy are €8 on purchases up to €99.99. For orders of at least €100, shipping costs are free.

With each purchase made, a tracking number will be generated, shared with the buyer by e-mail.

Purchases made on Born2Padel are safe and guaranteed, payments can be made by credit card Visa, Mastercard/Maestro, and PayPal.

Returns and Refunds

If the product you received is not to your liking, or has damage or injury, you can return the product (once the malfunction has been demonstrated with photo and/or video evidence) and choose between a refund, a voucher for the value of the purchase in question, or a replacement of the product itself with a working one. The return of the product is completely free, including shipping costs. From the time of purchase, you will have 14 days to return and request a refund, voucher or replacement.

The refund methods are as follows:

Refunds will be made with the same payment method used to pay for the order, i.e. to the same card or bank account.

Refunds will be made in the same currency used to pay for the order.

If currency needs to be converted for a refund, the current exchange rate is used for the conversion and not the exchange rate in effect at the time of the order.

Born2Padel deliveries from Turin to all of Italy within 72 hours, with express deliveries to Milan, Rome, Bologna, Florence, Naples and Verona.

Deliveries cost 8€ for orders up to 99€. Orders above 100€ grant free delivery.

For each completed purchase, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the customer via e-mail.

Returns and refunds

If the item you received is not to your liking, or it has damage of any kind, you are allowed to return the item and choose whether you want a refund or a voucher for the same value. The return of the product is completely free, including shipping costs, only for domestic shipments. The costs incurred for a return of an international shipment will be borne by the buyer. From the moment of the purchase, you will have a 14 days to return the item and ask for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the same currency as the one used for the purchase.

If the currency change must be made in order for the refund to happen, the conversion will follow the current exchange rate, as opposed to the exchange rate from the moment of the purchase.
